There are three ways to set up transportation. The first is to call 702-979-9696 and speak to one our live Dispatcher’s 24 hour a day 7 days a week. Second you can go to our website gmtcare.com and utilize our online reservations. The third is to access our phone application GMTCARE Transportation. (Web and phone application require contacting GMTCare to set up access)

If you are private pay client in need of non-emergency medical transportation, you will pay on the day of transport. If you have an established account, the credit card on file will be charged. If there is a signed GMTCare Agreement you will be invoiced as per the terms of the Agreement.

We currently accept cash or credit card. If paying cash, we need the exact amount.

To ensure proper non-emergency medical transportation accommodations throughout Las Vegas, we request 2 hour advanced notice. However, we always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. If this is for an out of state transport, please make your reservations 12 hours in advance depending on duration of transport. Please feel free to contact our office for availability 24/7 at 702-979-9696.

Yes, we provide 24 hours a day 7 days a week transportation.

We would be happy to stay with you during your appointment however this needs to be prearranged due to our busy schedule. There is also at “Hold or waiting” fee. If you choose not to have us wait and want to contact us for your return, please contact us 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment being completed, and we will expeditiously dispatch a driver for your return.

Absolutely! For your comfort and concern we welcome one family member or staff attendant to accompany you to appointments. Please inform our Dispatcher/Reservations of your companion when scheduling your appointment.

We will work to accommodate all reasonable requests. However, please understand that our primary mission is to safely and securely transport you to your appointment. Our drivers cannot be delayed in moving or carrying extra items. Further, for your safety, we cannot have unsecure items in the vehicle.

Yes, of course. Your comfort is our desire. We welcome you to remain in your manual or electric wheelchair during transport. Please inform our Dispatcher/Reservations of your companion when scheduling your appointment.

Yes, absolutely. Unlike other curb-to-curb or door-to-door services, to ensure your safety, we are a door-through-door or bed to bed service. This means we will take you from inside your residence to inside your appointment.
